The humor in all of this is their electoral vote in the presidential election is unaffected. The electoral college is determined by official U.S. Census data which counts only U.S. citizens. All they gain by this is to dilute their in-state vote, making themselves a Banana Republic. Thankfully, the rest of us live in a Republican form of government, electing the President by the Electoral College, not by a Sh*t Hole free for all Democracy
