Mark Cuban Comments on "Racism"

What Mark Cuban was describing can be summed up in just one word, "ethnocentrism". We all have it, whether conscious or subconscious. It is not only black vs. white vs. brown vs yellow, it is even white on white, black on black, brown on brown, etc. Just look at our own short history in the USA. I'm gonna lay it on you no matter what comment it elicits. Do you forget how the Irish were treated when they escaped the famines and came to the USA? If you don't, you don't know your history. Are you cognizant of the fact that Mexicans are not endeared with Cubans and vice versa and neither are enamored with Puerto Ricans in some circles? How about Alabama blacks and Mississippi blacks? There is indeed a history of enmity there. We are still tribes/ tribal. This goes back thousands of years and it is still quite evident today. Africa is still tribes. So is the Middle East. Europe is still teeming with tribal tensions. It is the same in China--a whole helluva lotta tribes. I've been there and witnessed it then. What in the HELL do you think the Russian-Ukrainian debacle is about? Mustard or Mayo? If there is anyone out there who can deny this, historically, intellectually etc. I would say you are delusional and suffer an extreme case of DENIAL. It could be that Mark Cuban did not articulate his message well but I will tell you this, what he stated was true and accurate. What else do you want--besides political "correctness", which is just a hoot. It is intellectual dishonesty of the first order. Get over yourselves--no one takes you seriously and you should not either!
